is the third generation product that is a "step-up" from the BPLEX-PRO formula. There were a number of patients that needed a higher dose of the L-methylfolate as well as the ingredient N-acetylcysteine (for mental clarity). We decided to fix the problem and combine these "needs" into one product. We also took the opportunity to add ingredients that will address other mutations that can occur within the methylation cycle. These added ingredients help make this the most complete methyl cycle product offered (with the correct methyl or chelated forms of each ingredient). Just like the BPlex-PRO, we kept the methylated B complex with the necessary Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s), synergistic natural detoxifiers, and Intrinsic Factor to insure proper nutrient uptake from the gut.

Dosing is dependent on MTHFR mutation so here is a basic guideline to help you determine your probable need: (follow your providers direction if given)

  • MTHFR 677 "CT" Heterozygous (1 mutation) = ~40% loss of function
    2-3 capsules per day
  • MTHFR 677 "TT" Homozygous (double mutation)= ~75% loss of function
    3-4 capsules per day
  • MTHFR 1298 "AC" Heterozygous (1 mutation) = ~20% loss of function
    1-2 capsule per day
  • MTHFR 1298 "CC" Homozygous (double mutation) = ~40% loss of function
    2-3 capsules per day
  • MTHFR 677 "CT" & MTHFR 1298 "AC" Compound Heterozygous (1 mutation on C677T and A1298C) = ~50-60% loss of function
